6 Top Tips from Nancy Martinez
1. Commit the time and or money. You're worth it!
2. Change takes time. Commit and give yourself the time to get it done.
3. Prepare in advance so that problem areas and temptations are lessened. (Eg. Pack your gym clothes the night before / pack your lunch)
4. Until you're willing to change what you're doing nothing will change.
5. Adjust your goals as you reach them and make new ones.
6. Lastly, get out there and try something new!
