The 30 DAY challenge is designed to develop essential habits that will improve your health and happiness. Its rated Beginner - Intermediate. Pick your Day 1 and start whenever you're ready.
To complete the DAY, choose any three exercises from the list of seven provided. You will receive the 30 DAY Calendar of exercises via email. The numbers listed constitute a minimum. Yes, you can "plus+" any number as long as it doesn't jeopardize the following day! To build a lifestyle habit, we're going for consistency and frequency NOT intensity ... yet.
